Notes Regarding the Sending Process:

1. We would like to clarify that the agreement with Saudi Post stipulates that shipments will reach the designated recipient within five business days from the date of dispatch. However, please note that this timeframe may be affected during holidays and national occasions such as National Day and Ramadan, as well as for some entities that require entry permits. We do our best to deliver the content as quickly as possible, but delivery time can be affected for any reason, both stated and unstated.
